Ageing: Aged for 36 months in the finest American oak barrels
Winemaking techniques: This wine was made following a traditional European winemaking process, adding concentrated Zinfandel grape must, which allows us to obtain an enjoyable wine, sweet and with character at the same time
Residual sugar: 60 gr/l
Color: Bright red-ish tones, with violet hues. A thick, syrupy wine, with enticing body.
On the Nose: A lovely bouquet that hits you from the first moment you approach to the glass. Intense notes of concentrated fruit which go from baked black cherries, dried plums and candied apples
On the palate: A delightfully sweet wine that combines the intense red fruits and flowers, characteristic of an old time Zinfandel, with crisp acidity and an aromatic mouth. It has a medium persistence in mouth and a forever persistence in your memories.
