Ageing: Aged for 20 months in 80% French small Barrique Barrels & 20% American Oak.
Color: Deep red reaching to almost black
On the Nose: Bright Blackberry and Black Cherry laced with Sage and spice. Creamy Fig that rolls to spiced mocha.
On the palate: Bright red fruit and rhubarb that rolls to lush black currant and fig dancing with lively acid and creamy tannins that turn to velvet. Long on the palate the wine trails into a dark and mischievous end.
