Harvest: By Hand.

Fermentation: Alcoholic in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing: 6 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle before release.

Alcohol: 14.8%

Tasting Notes:  El Vino de la Casa is crafted using high quality grapes coming from the vineyard that
surrounds Ambrosia’s House. High altitude dry weather, limestone and rocky soil, pure source of
water from the Andes, makes Finca Ambrosia a unique place to produce outstanding wines.
It is a wine that can be enjoyed every day in a relaxed environment, created to share
moments around the table with family and friends, whilst replicating that feeling of comfort
when at home.
