Vineyard: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.

Age: The vineyard was planted in 2005.

Altitude: 3,200 feet above sea level.

Harvest: By hand

Ageing: Aged in small French oak barrels for 16 months, 60% first use, 40% second use.

Alcohol: 13 %

Tasting Notes: Intense red colour with violet and blueish hues. It has concentrated aromas with notes of black cherry, prunes, violets and sage, after which it displays secondary aromas of vanilla, nutmeg and mocha. Well structured yet with sweet and fresh tannins. It has a long lasting finish, with notes of dark chocolate and a silky texture. It is the ideal accompaniment to lamb, spiced meats, beef risottos and matured cheese.
