Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: Maipú, Mendoza / Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina.

Age: Maipu vineyard planted in 1976, Perdriel in 2006.

Altitude: 2,300 and 3,200 feet above sea level respectively.

Harvest: By hand

Ageing: Aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months, 30% first use, 70% second and third use.

Alcohol: 13.5 %

Tasting Notes: It shows an Intense red colour with garnet hints, displaying a spicy bouquet with notes of black pepper, cinnamon, dark fruit and cassis. Vanilla and toasted toffee from the oak ageing are very well assembled with the fruit, resulting in a complex and well balanced wine. It is a full bodied wine, with sweet and elegant tannins and a long lasting silky finish.
